Yofren Master Pet Grooming provides mobile pet grooming services in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Naples, Florida. Service availability depends on your location and appointment availability.

2. Booking & Payments

• Appointments are booked through our online booking system (Moego) or by phone.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted at booking apply to that appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Pet Health & Safety

• You must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues before the appointment.
• Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service to pets showing signs of illness, parasites, or aggression.
• Elderly pets, pets with medical conditions, or aggressive pets may require a veterinarian's clearance.
• If your pet becomes ill or injured during grooming, we will contact you and, if necessary, seek veterinary care. You are responsible for any veterinary costs.

4. Grooming Risks

Grooming involves inherent risks, including (but not limited to):

• Skin irritation, nicks, or cuts (especially with matted coats or senior pets)
• Stress-related reactions
• Pre-existing conditions that become apparent during grooming
• Coat damage from shaving severely matted fur (which can be medically necessary)

By booking our services, you accept these risks. We will not be liable for conditions that were pre-existing or that result from medical conditions.

5. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
